Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.
Pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you are quoted at the time of order placement is the price you will be charged.
Custom Order Files & Intellectual Property
By submitting a design file or reference image for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that design or have obtained the necessary permissions to have it reproduced. Treasured Designs is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied designs. We reserve the right to decline any custom request at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Treasured Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Virginia.
