Shipping Policy

Production & Processing Times
All items are printed to order — we do not maintain pre-stocked inventory. Processing times vary by order type:
- Catalog items — items available in our shop ship within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.
- Custom orders — orders requiring custom design or personalization have a minimum lead time of 14 business days before shipping. Complex orders may require additional time, and we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Carrier & Tracking
All orders ship via USPS from Washington County, Virginia. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track your package directly on the USPS website.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time we ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii only. We do not offer international shipping.
Carrier Delays
Once your package has been handed to USPS, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@treasureddesigns.net with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with you to make it right.
