Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized 3D printed items are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. This includes any item printed to a customer-supplied design or specification.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, broken, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either reprint the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

To report an issue, please email sales@treasureddesigns.net with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Standard Catalog Items

Non-custom items from our catalog may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending any item back.
